NationalRDCs Tasked to Spot and Fix Service Delivery Lapses Before Ministerial Interventions
The Secretary in the Office of the President, Hajji Yunus Kakande, has cautioned Resident District Commissioners (RDCs) and security coordinators against complacency, directing them to proactively inspect government projects and resolve implementation bottlenecks rather than waiting for visiting ministers to expose corruption and administrative flaws.
